MLB Network already shows college baseball in Feb/Mar before opening day.

Once they have opening day, they stop. But I did watch a UVA baseball games on MLB Network in February against Vanderbilt. This is minimal, but they are doing it.

I don't think we'll see the NBA channel doing it. The seasons are the same time on the calendar.

The beauty with the NFL network is Saturday. That is a day of the week where NFL is not active, and it's a good fit.
