The one I had in Calif when I left there was useless. I ended up selling it

myself but still paid the 6% commission. When I signed with him, he said he would be around so much I would get tired of him. Never say him again. I actually talked a person who saw the for sale sign, and asked to see the home, into buying it. Another salesman in the area was really pissed at me for listing with the one I did because he had been trying to get the listing before. Like I owed it to him.
