Ditto, but i also negotiated out any realtor selling fee type of junk they


like to add on too. The online services that sell really low commissions hit you with a pretty good fee to sell your home. In markets that are heavily skewed to sellers, it is a racket for sure. My house sold prior to it officially hitting market, but appears to have been sold in two days by the realtor who, in my opinion, swayed me to much on the selling price, which she knew would pre-sale my home...like insider trading no? The real market price was higher, but hey she got a quick sale and didn't have to do too much, but I'm mostly happy with the exchange. I always would've liked to have known how much I truly could've gotten out of it. :)
