You know what really made me mad about the 'writers' from the last episode?

When you watch Inside the Game (or whatever after the show) Benioff and Weiss have NO F'ING IDEA HOW TO PRONOUNCE MISSANDEI. How can you be the freaking creators of the show, hear the name 1,000 times on set and not know how to pronounce it? How did no one in the little production tell them they are saying it wrong?

Attention to details like this just piss me off and show why they've not made nearly as good of a show as the first several season when they had the details from GRRM's completed thoughts.
