Had my rt shoulder done 5 hrs ago ...

First symptoms were tingling and numbness in my fingers and hand. Later had tennis elbow type symptoms and supination issues with the right forearm. Did some cortisone, did some PT. Eventually, needed surgery. Went in, ground out a big bone spur that was creating the nerve impingement issues, rotator cuff was “rough”, but no tears. Small bicep tear, 1 suture. Labrum scraped out. Out of work 6 wks, hardly notice I had surgery now.

Left shoulder started giving me issues 3yrs ago, cortisone and exercises on my own and it got better, until the end of last summer. Cortisone in Nov and again in Feb helped and doing some exercises on my own have helped, but an MRI last month revealed a nice little tear in my labrum. Rotator cuff looks great and a bone spur like the right, but smaller. Right now, I’m scheduled for surgery on 4/15, but hoping to push it off, if possible to Nov (and get Christmas off 😎👍🏻)
