I've torn RC in both shoulders and had PT both times ...


and it does work. However, I started lifting weights more frequently in January and now the RC in my left shoulder is bothering me again. So I stopped lifting for a couple of weeks and will do my own PT. At this point, I know all the exercises required pretty well.
