Yeah, I mean, $10 probably a bit much to walk the dog BUT 80's


insistence that paying for chores is some horrible idea for kids. How else do kids have money to go to the movies with friends? In our house, it comes from allowance money. I'm not just giving them money for fun activities, I want them to feel like they've earned it and learn how to spend and save money. It's not perfect and I'm sure hokie80 was the greatest parent of all TSL'ers ever, but I always chuckle at his absolute my way, or the highway attitude.

80, where are you? Let's argue about this tomorrow as I'm almost done for the day. I'd like to get fat mac in on this one too.
