I understand the stalling on bottom and on the edges but there sometimes is a stall called when the less aggressive wrestler gets called during an attack by the offensive wrestler. It looks like he is just blocking the attack. Is there a specific reason a stall is called? Is there a technical defensive posture the blocker is taking?
