I get the state line looks like a simple plan. Just want to know the

reason I see VT fans voluntarily placing us in what would have to be the most boring division in CFB. The poster called this "perfect world" ACC. Is it because they're from that area and want us more associated with that region? He placed BC in the south so the state line doesn't matter too much. If it was my choice the most northern team we'd play consistently would be UVA. If we want to compete for the top players we can't have mediocre programs as our peers.
