Haven't had a problem w/stuff getting stolen off the porch

Not that we don't have problems around here w/easy access to I-95, car stolen/break-ins etc. got a little portico w/shrubs around it so nothing would be obvious but don't think any of our neighbors have had problems.

It's a MTM suit ~ $500 so nothing super huge, I'm not too worried if I get home a few hours later but Dec 31st is our bowl game in nearby Annapolis so it could be midnight or later by the time I get home.

I'm really more interested in the game theory. It could be a customs delay or maybe the customs folks were furlowed but it's smarter to let things through instead of piling up. I do wonder how customs works in this instance, they don't just mail the stuff like Lands End, Pay some duty somewhere? I'm full of theories.
