Hmm. I'll give it a shot.


Was in Spain the year before last and was touristy interested in Spanish hams. We did stop in one restaurant where the stuff just melted in the mouth but othewise got completely confused by all the controlled origin names etc.

Sure, I'll spend $20 (3 ozs?) for the education.
