Jamon Iberico is incredible and worth any price. A close second is Serrano

I am buying a whole Iberico for myself and my work bros after we meet some of these tight project deadlines through the holidays. I view it as that much of a treat. The flavor is indescribable, nothing like a country ham so put that taste out of your mind. It's buttery and delicate; layered not unlike a wine.

Buy an ounce at a time. That's enough to get more than a taste. Start with Serrano which is much more affordable and work your way up to Iberico.
