I like it. I particularly like putting steak, chicken, etc in & going away.


Sometimes we'll want to take a boat cruise or something before dinner and I'll toss steaks in the sous vide for an hour and a half or two hours and finish them by searing them in a cast iron skillet. It's so nice to be able to do that. I admit to using it for more of a convenience than added flavor, taste.
