No way I could forget. Got caught in it

My sister was pregnant and went into labor. My BIL was out of town. So I drove to Allegheny Co and then drove her to Roanoke Memorial. Barely made it through parts of 220 as it was already flooding. Got to RMH just in time and drove through water too deep to be safe. Then Roanoke completely flooded and RMH lost power. I was only 16 and a nervous wreck.
