Me? I want competitive payouts and quality schedules. ACC provides neither.

Virginia Tech should not be $20 million or more behind similar caliber programs from the SEC, B1G, and Big12. Not talking Bama, Ohio St., or Texas. I'm talking South Carolina, Iowa, and West Virginia.

And national titles at FSU, Clemson, Duke, or UNC do little for Virginia Tech, especially considering we don't even play those teams as regularly as we could. Heck, those programs consistently raid Virginia for all of the state's top talent.

My end game is for the folks who landed Virginia Tech in this mess to be held accountable and for absolutely everything possible to be done at the conference level to remedy this financial situation. The schedules can be easily manipulated to create more intriguing and profitable matchups for VT Football too. That would especially be true if there were new leadership in place. Swofford and Co have been blackballed by the real movers and shakers in college athletics. They've pretty much said as muchpublicly. Because we're in the hole, I think the ACC should be frontrunners in a P4 or P5 restructuring. Us and the Pac12 have the most to gain.

And oh, no more preferential treatment of UNC and Tabacco Road.

So, what's your end game?

BTW, that Chuck guy seems to have known what he was talking about.
