Every coach starts with no experience

After VT she played Pro for a while didn't she? and then was on Olympic Team even though she may not have made final roster. She coached at Syracuse etc.. I don't have a strong opinion either way I just think she is the obvious choice. Stability is a reason she would want the job- she is there the same amount of time whether she is head or not.
