Small freezer with a specialty thermostat. I started using

it for ales, too, which are at room temperature for precise control between 66 and 75 degrees. Neighbor's wife had 3 kids close together. She made him stop brewing so he gave me the freezer/thermostat and a bunch of books. Crazy Guy said if I had 3 babies in a row, he'd ask me to stop cleaning instead of stop brewing. Now that neighbor's kids are older, I'm hoping he asks for it back. I'd like to see him brew again.
