Just started getting into English League soccer.

Never liked the sport that much. But I might be going to Britain soon so I thought I'd read up on it. The more I read the more fascinated I am by it. Relegation and promotion. The history of the clubs. The crests. The nicknames. The chants. The supporters. The towns.

I don't know that much about the game. But I was curious to ask the Lounge:

What are your favorite clubs and why?
Why do you like the sport and the league (I am interested in the lower divisions as well)?
Anything you think I should know about the league as a new-bee?
