I work with someone who refs w bball at the D1 level, she does a lot of

ACC games. If you bring up this issue about the women's game refs leaving something to be desired, she gets REALLY defensive, shuts down that discussion real fast. She definitely has the "our sh*t don't stink" mentality. That's definitely part of the problem right there.
