Need some help from lounge with booking Hotel


Sending kids and grand kids to NYC to see a broadway show. I want to book rooms at a hotel and have the charges put on my card. I don't want the hotel to ask for my card at check-in (cause I am not going!) Kids have their own cards, but the room needs to be paid by me. Is this hard to do?
