Let’s be honest VT wrestling is a young program. Yes, VT has had a wrestling team for a long time, but it didn’t become a legit program until Dresser started running things. Losing him naturally slows things for a short minute I believe, but I think the program will keep moving forward. We have a great staff and we have some really good wrestlers. Unfortunately Virgina isn’t a great wrestling state so that makes it harder. We need more Zach Epperlys heading to high school coaching in VA to help speed things along.
