His reason for going to the OTC is because Kyle Snyder did it.

To be fair to these big name world champion kids like Brooks or McHenry coming to VT might be seen as a risk because we have never produced a world champion or even a medalist.

We will need to produce one and you don’t need a #1 recruit to do it. Jordan Burroughs wasn’t a highly sought after recruit. Until we do that I don’t think we should daydream about landing one of those guys. I think Mchenry is our best chance for a recruit like that, but I don’t even see that happening
