Term limits exist w/ regularly scheduled elections. What needs to be done


is leveling the playing field between challenger and incumbent. Set a spending cap on what any candidate can spend and that would include this outside dark money currently labeled "speech" by a SCOTUS that was clearly drunk when making that ruling. There also needs to be a clear "campaign season" so incumbents can't start politicking and running for re-election too early.

No idea how it gets done. . . yet, but I'm working on it.
