Yeah, it's interesting how my taste for brown liquor has changed.


I always drank bourbon with ginger or 7up until probably my late 20's. I just didn't like the taste. One weekend I made my typical drink and it tasted like sugar water and from that day on, I have been drinking bourbon and water. My taste buds changed over night.

I also never cared for scotch but sipped some a few years ago and found that I liked it. I've stayed away from it though (mainly because it's more expensive than bourbon) until recently. Now, I occasionally enjoy sipping a scotch on ice in place of my bourbon.

And no, I have no idea what I'm talking about; I just know what I like.
