They're using the Disney example to postulate that the big players will withdraw from Netflix, Hulu, etc and offer their streaming content solo. So instead of getting Disney, through Netflix for $10 bucks, you'll pay $10 for Disney and $10 for Netflix.

I don't know what the future looks like but it's a reasonable conclusion.
