To be fair I have a lot of recipes that take 20-30 minutes
so I don't feel like I have this huge task ahead of me, also, producing several meals at a time, make Brunswick stew which looks to be like a gallon, freeze and last a while.
But I eat well and enjoye it, making Italian wedding soup these days, love it, but gotta pace myself making it every 2nd or 3rd week.
But you're right it has to be part of your lifestyle, you've got to be a bit of a foodie. [Post edited by `lag at 07/19/2017 08:55AM]
