Nc requires lights on when wipers are on but people

are not very bright. I have no issue with the flashers, I do if they are poking along in the left lane on a multi lane road. I make sure my tires can handle rain so I can go, if your tires suck get out of the left lane and let those of us that can drive in rain GO!
