The fact that's its your L5-S1 disk & he's cracking your neck, which is


at the top of your spine should tell you something, no? I herniated the same disk and tried chiro traction therapy but it didn't work. I had pain in my left hamstring that was misdiagnosed as a pulled muscle when in reality it was sciatic nerve pain. I had to get a discectomy to relieve the pressure on the nerve. I'd stick to massage therapy.
