When we apparently didn't offer KD more $$$, I was disappointed because I thought wrestling could be our first national title. The more I watch, the less I see that possibility. I wouldn't have paid the extra $$$ to finish 4th instead of 15th down the road.

We've had 2 great years, but we didn't put a single kid in the finals. We're a loooonnnnngggggg way from challenging the big boys. I could see us sneaking into the Top 3 at some point in the near future, but that team title (even if you assume Penn State will drop some) seems unattainable.

Penn State, Ohio State, Iowa and Oklahoma State seem to wrestle like their lives depend on every move, whether they are attacking, riding or escaping. We don't show that type of intensity. We didn't even show that intensity consistently when we wrestled well at the ACC's.
