Elon is ambitious and tends to over-promise. But that's ok - I do think he's going to do this but just don't see it happening on the timescale he stated yesterday. He is a smart businessman and staking out his territory. He also has Jeff Bezon nipping at his heels with Blue Origin. Investments, either private or government, are paramount.
