Maybe so, but the process probably start after, not before, the annoucement

Forming a search committee isn't really something you can do before the current coach resigns. Yes, Whit may have have thought and dialogued about possible candidates and search committee names but the process still takes time.

Vivitron, I really appreciate the research behind this.
