Dresser leaving now gives us more time to secure a new coach and current players

Why did Iowa State hire him now? They're trying to secure their recruiting class and players.

Our underclassmen have one more month wrestling for VT this season. This would not have been the case had Dresser waited until March to make the move.

Dresser did us a long-term favor unless some of our current wrestlers have already committed to transfer to Iowa state.
