Yeah- I'm just trying to figure out the formula

Doing it based on 1 cell, no problem. But doing it based on multiple cells... not sure.

I tried using (for the cell I want) =$C$2:$F$2="y" and while it worked once I changed a "y" to "n" it did not remove the cell highlight as I would want it to
