I no longer have access to the greatest experts ever alive (the lounge) at work... so I brought work home with me. I have a spreadsheet, where I want to highlight a cell based on the values of other cells. However, we're not dealing with numbers. The cell I want to highlight (B2) is a name (Hokie Bird) and I want to highlight it only if 4 other cells (c2, d2, e2, f2) all contain the text "y". Is this possible?

(I actually have a much larger need, but that gets to the point so I can easily see that all the other conditions have been met).
