Take pork tenderloin,cut in 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch thick pieces.pound and roll out.mix sausage and spicy mustard, spread a layer on each piece. Put a pickle and banana pepper on each piece ,roll up put in a tooth pick, grill. I call it the pork and pickle
