Are they hard/soft requirements you don't have?

If hard requirement (must know how to hack TSL)- it's a little tougher. But if it's soft (must know how to insult UVA football) it's much easier to overlook.

I would always apply, address in a cover letter. But if it's online submissions... try to work it all into a resume even if you don't have it that way they may actually talk to you about it.
