Sounds perfect. You have a head start ...

but you can organize your business as an LLC (easier) and then file a form to be recognized as an S-Corp for Fed Tax purposes. Google it and you can read about it. A bit more work up front but you will save a considerable amount on self-employment taxes. I was strictly an LLC for 5 years before I converted and it makes a big difference.
