Do you know what rate the subcontractor is going to get? They deserve a good cut, but not an outrageous one.

Is this a fix price contract?

How large is the subcontractor? Will they have cash flow problems?

You never want to be in a lawsuit to get paid.

I suspect the subcontractor is paying for the million+ liability insurance.
