When you create a dragged out public spectacle, opposition organizes.

This is the latest with BYU. I don't know if the Big XII wanted BYU, but now they have protesters against. The issue has nothing to do with athletics.

The ACC learned its lesson on why not to create a public spectacle 15 years ago. The lesson of the infamous/worthless site visits.
