Me too. I have to think any OTT profit will pay down the

45-million-no-network obligation. I think the only way the ACC would get more than 45 million is if the ACC portion of OTT profits is more than 45 million.

What if they agreed that OTT profits would be all the ACC gets even if they are less than 45 million? I hope not.
