Great stuff! My Q: how do Tier 2 deals with Raycom and FSS complicate or

slow down delivery of a Tier 3 content-based network?

Does ESPN need some of that content to show on the ACCN? And if that is the case, why isn't it an issue for the streaming deal in 2016?
