Its all about market share and disposable income


Thats what advertisers want and frankly WV is a dying state. (Not personal but facts)

Northern VA by itself has a more diverse (desirable market) than the State of West Va. They have no major high tech companies or fortune 500. all what that interest advertisers and media. This translates into TV rights to conferences.

Hey Iive in a major area between DC and Richmond where the lack of diverse quality grocers are available. All we have is wegmans . With food lion stores behind sold, we are getting wire's market. Richmond is getting PUblix and Kroger's along with Trader Joe and Whole foods. Our market is walmart, food lion and cvs. Reason Market and average family income. just too loo.
