I want people to honestly understand my point on West Virginia


in 1950 West Virginia had 70 to 80 percent of the population of Virginia

Today West Virginia has 3 congressional districts and Virginia has 11

Per Census department, WVA bled another 28,000 people in 2014, By 2020 it looks like there will be 1.3 million left in West Virginia

West Virgina is now in a race with Idaho as #38 in the country, Idaho going up, WVA going down.
By 2030 the population estimate for WVA Below New Hampshire, Hawaii and Maine

No state with a population at that level is fielding a D1 football team, much less a P5 football team

This is just an observation
