Absolutely - when nearly 100% of white/asian/latin suburban kids "play"

soccer at some point in their youth in a country the size of the USA, you HAVE to maximize that HUGE potential talent pool. The fact that our Men's national team has lost to countries the size and resources of Jamaica, Ecuador, Guatemala, etc. tells you all you need to know that system is broken.
