My guess is they will announce by June 30 as well

but my guess is that the announcement will come with a major announcement around the re-branding of a current ESPN property (let's call that one ESPNEWS for fun) and/or a major carriage agreement from a cable distributor and a major OTT agreement with a provider like Yahoo.

I have been thinking for a while now about Yahoo wanting to get into the sports business and this is a perfect entry point for them.
