Schools need to pull their weight in both of the revenue sports

If conference wars progress like Mandel hints, there probably won't be room for "strap-hangers." Everyone needs to step up.

I'm thrilled VT finally stepped up huge with the Buzz hire! I'm also cautiously optimistic about the Fuente hire! I think the ACC really stepped up across the board with coaching hires this off season. But that's only half of the equation...facilities need to be constantly upgraded too. If you aren't moving forward, you're falling behind.
