Right, non-waivers got the oranges up in arms about us when Brands left.


When Brands left and took Metcalf and company, they were expecting waivers. The claim was that when they signed, they had a verbal agreement from VT to that effect. Jim Weaver refused to sign off. When they declined our offer to have them wrestle one year with Dresser with a follow-on waiver, the result was that they all lost a year of eligibility. Not getting a waiver is apparently a rare occurrence.
