As I was driving home tonight. Guy in car coming in opposite direction


swerves into ditch comes out into my lane does 180 in the middle of the road with brakes smoking and ends up in the burm on my side facing same direction I am. I stop the car 20 feet short of him. Slowly drive up. He gets out of the car says he is OK. If I had been 5 MPH faster he would have totaled me.
