I think he was just saying what some here were saying.

Some here were too personal, IMHO. We can support the team and coaches whether we agree with them or not. Some here (not you, BTW) took any positive comment as full support for Wolff. That in turn, would often be followed by a debate about support of the program vs support of what DW was doing. People that didn't like DW could voice their opinion in the appropriate manner (letters to the AD) without making it such a public appearance of non-support.

i think he was speaking more to the TSL discussion getting out of hand and reflecting poorly on the program as a whole. (that's without me re-reading the letter)
