Joe's hitting coach quit half way thru this, his first season,

and he lost his top recruiter last year to JMU. He has a reputation as very hard to work with on a daily basis. Also,he has the former head coach at Richmond, McQueen, as his assistant so it is hard to say how good of a coach Joe actually is. His stock has dropped quickly after the regional appearance.
